One of the most important parts of the process of community development is using the other pieces of our process to provide opportunities for jobs and betterment for the local community. As you can see in the above video, we often are able to create jobs opportunities as well as learning opportunities through the community development projects such as houses, roads, and education.
By providing jobs, and using projects to help teach students how to build houses and roads we deepen our relationships with the people we are serving and ultimately have a better opportunity to share Jesus with them .
